today de syf training we go HTA, home team accademy..its my first time there, the previous two hta traing i wasnt present, so its actually consider quite new to me..
on the way there, on the bus, i was already feeling a little bit giddy, but i thought its alright, so i trued to make myself as high as possible on the bus..
when i got down the bus, we gathered at dunno where is the place first, do some yang tinggi, some drill, den we get into the combine training..
thought that i was feeling alright, but i was wrong..head became more and more giddy, alot of time got black out, didnt do drill properly, but stil act as if i was perfectly fine..
finally, at around 11.45, i cannot take it le..i didnt report sick, some VIs spot me shaking, i mean cant stand properly..cant really hear wad they are asking me, got black out again, but can roughly guess that they are asking, "are you alright?? "..
was about to answer them back when i suddenly cant stand properly, my legs suddenly got no more strength le..i fall on one of VI, dunno who is she, but can confirm is a girl..
they tried to carry me to the first aid base..but on the way there, if i'm not wrong, the VI cant take it le, i was totally relying on the VI, i really got no strength le..she ask me to sit down den ask me lie on her..den hear then say wad middle, carry, get..only can hear these few words (not bad liao hor), den can feel that somebody is carrying me to another place, but for short distance only..
rest for not more den 1 minute, got somebody carry me to something more comfortable, sort of lar, let me lie down..hahahazz..that one i know, its stretcher..i still know got alvin sir (first aid de, not alvin tan), cuz he is the one who "attended" me..hahahazz..
when reach the first aid base, some of them tried to attend to me, hear them saying something, but cannot hear properly, head extreme dizzy de..den they still pour water on me..actually not really pour lar, its like using cold water to cool me down, only like wash through my forehead..wah lau ehhz, they liddat wash i whole person wet liao lar..so 'gao wei'..
den rest there abit, feel very wet, den sit up on the stretcher, use alot of strength to did this, den relax there..after i feel much better, transfer to the bench, dunno why must i do this, they ask me so..
slowly, more and more casualty came in..shi min came and sat beside me, den she ask me wad happen, den use my little bit strength to tell her..
more and more casualty reporting, den not enough place sit, den sit on stretcher..deb the strether i've been lying is all wet, den one stretcher wasted le..haiish, feel very bad about that..
(lazy to explain, the stretcher is consider dry and casualy sits on it)
after the dismissal at hta, we took the bus provided for us bak to rc hq for debreif..the bus very "rocky"..my dizziness was suppose to be better le, but because of the stupid bus, it bacame quite dizzy again..the bus air con also very powerful lor, i was alreadt wet leh, still sit inside such a powerful air con bus, i die from freezing liao..haiish..
den debrief debrief debrief, debrief very long, very cold also..YES !! finally debrief end le..go plaza singapura together with jiamin, go there eat eat, see see abit..den we go JEC take neos le..had a long time in the machine..hahahazz..deco no time limit de mar..hahahazz..
after JEC den we go home le, must reach home by 8, haiish..jiamin also same..haiish..
feel like sleeping now, yesterday only turn in at 4 due to something, but wke up at 5..so tired..i'm going to sleep now..byebye..
